We can pre-arrange maid service at an additional charge.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes. ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, wire transfer and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover). All credit cards will be charged a 2.5% fee per transaction.

ARE WEDDINGS ACCEPTABLE ON VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES?
Weddings are not allowed at all on most properties. We do however have a few homes that allow weddings. If you plan to hold a ceremony or reception please specifically ask which properties are available.

ARE CRIBS, ROLL-AWAYS, AND ETC AVAILABLE AT THE RENTAL HOMES?
No, these supplies are not included unless specifically stated. Kauai has a company, ready rentals. They can be reached at 800-599-8008 or wwww.readyrentals.com.

ARE LINENS AND TOWELS SUPPLIED?
Yes, each house is equipped with proper linens and towels.

WHEN WILL THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BE RETURNED?
The security deposit is normally returned 2-4 weeks after departure, unless there are damages.

WHEN IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT DUE?
The security deposit and reservation fee is due 7 days from booking date.

IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT DEDUCTED FROM THE FINAL BALANCE?
No, the security deposit is paid in addition to the rent and taxes. Do not deduct the security deposit from the final balance.
