We can pre-arrange maid service at an additional charge.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
No, at this time we are not set up to take credit cards. Acceptable types of pyament would be personal check, money orders or wire transfer.

ARE WEDDING ACCEPTABLE ON VACATION RENTAL PROPERTIES?
Weddings are not allowed at all on most properties. We do however have a few homes that allow weddings. If you plan to hold a ceremony or reception please specifically ask which properties are available.

ARE CRIBS, ROLL-AWAYS, AND ETC AVAILBLE AT THE RENTAL HOMES?
No, these supplies are not inlcuded unless specifically stated. Kauai has a company, ready rentals. They can be reached at 800-599-8008 or wwww.readyrentals.com.

ARE LINENS AND TOWELS SUPPLIED?
Yes, each house is equipped with proper linens and towels.

WHEN WILL THE SECURITY DEPOSIT BE RETURNED?
The secuirty deposit is normally returne 2-4 weeks after dparture, unless there are damages.

WHEN IS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT DUE?
The security deposit and reservation fee is due 7 days from booking date.

IS THE SECURITY DEPOIST DEDUCTED FROM THE FINAL BALANCE?
No, the security depoist is paid in addition to the rent and taxes. Do not deduct the secuirty deposit from the final balance.
