Sean Ahearn was raised in Boston as part of a large Irish family and as a young man he heeded the “go west” call to attend San Francisco State University. Sean remained in the Bay Area, living in Mill Valley and Sausalito where he pursued a 15-year career in software sales and executive sales management. He had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most highly regarded technology companies during an exciting time in the industry.

During these years Sean was a frequent visitor to all of the Hawaiian Islands, including a one-year stint living on Oahu. He returned to Hawaii for good in 2002 settling on Kauai at Queen Emma’s Bluff in Princeville, where he has been a member of Princeville II Design Review Committee for 6-years.

Sean joined Bali Hai Realty in 2003 and quickly amassed over $72M in sales becoming one of the most accomplished Listing and Selling Agents on Kauai. In 2008, Sean was recognized by the Kauai Board of Realtor’s as its “Realtor-Associate of the Year”.

Sean is an active member of the Kauai Board of Realtors, serving as a Director, participant and chair of several committees including MLS and Public Relations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Hawaii Information Services, the Multiple Listing Service provider for Hawaii and Kauai.

In addition to striving to provide professional service for all of his clients, Sean supports a number of Kauai-based charities including The Salvation Army, Kauai Food Bank and Kauai United Way, among others. Sean enjoys international travel having spent time in Africa, Asia, Australia, Central America, Europe and a host of islands around the world. He also enjoys golf, water sports, food, wine and reading about all of them with a glass of wine.
