Malia K. Powers was born and raised on our own beautiful Garden Island. Proud to be a local girl, she shares her aloha and love for Kauai with everyone, especially her clients. Since Malia grew up on Kauai, she has an appreciation for the island both as an amazing place to buy property and as a beloved home to her and many others. Malia loves the real estate business and the joy and satisfaction that come from seeing her clients happy.
Our home grown agent was one of the listors, along with John Ferry and Barbara Sloan, on the highest residential sale in the state for 2009, for which Bali Hai received an honor from Hawaii Business Magazine. Malia's expertise and knowledge of the real estate industry have led to her receiving the Coldwell Banker honors of President's Circle and Diamond Society during her career. Malia loves to spend time outdoors, walking, hiking, or swimming.
