Christine Layaoen-Abalos, an island girl, was raised on beautiful Kauai. Christine left the island for almost ten years while she obtained degrees in Hotel and Resort Management at the University of Hawaii, Maui Campus and a degree with the Educational Institute of America's Hotel and Lodging Association. After working in various positions in the hotel industry, such as front desk agent, VIP concierge club, hotel reservation supervisor, and as a luau coordinator at the Outrigger Wailea, Wailea Marriott and the Intercontinental Dallas, she moved back to Kauai and added a real estate license to her credentials. She has been working in real estate, including vacation rentals and property management, since 2005.
Christine’s clients and guests describe her as having exceptional follow-through, being ridiculously thorough and obnoxiously nice. Christine is ready to serve our owners with the highest level of attention and commitment in maintaining their property while providing our guests with the best vacation rental homes on the island!
During her free time Christine enjoys spending time with her husband, Andrew, and playing with her son, Nelson. She also enjoys walks, sunsets on the beach, dining out, traveling, farming on the family farm, spending time with her ‘Ohana, and volunteering at Church.
